A few months ago, I printed out the tech support flowchart above–a clever creation from the mind of Randall Munroe, the stickman cartoonist blogger and bestselling author behind the popular website, XKCD.com. It has proven so helpful (when it’s handed to me whenever I ask a tech support question), we decided to pass it along.
