South by Southwest Interactive is a giant four-day gathering in Austin, Texas of individuals who are passionate about technology-related developments, web-culture and issues, tech business and media and lots of rather esoteric geeky stuff. In other words, it's right up the alley of several SmallBusiness.com users.

This entry has been created for the following reasons.

  1. To list conference panels, presentations and other conference activities that may be of special interest to small business owners and managers.
  2. To provide a place for a threaded discussion (click on the discussion tab at the top of the page).

SXSW 'small business' sessions

As there is no "small business" category for sessions, we thought it might be good to have a list of sessions that are "sort of" about small business - sessions about start-up topics, management hacks, marketing tactics and other topics that might be of interest and help to small business owners and managers. Please add your suggestions below, along with a link the session on the SXSW website.
