As we quietly rolled out the new “flow” side of SmallBusiness.com, you may have missed some early posts. (We call flow the kind of content that constantly changes. It’s a complement to the SmallBusiness.com/WIKI, the “know” content that’s there whenever you need it, not just when we publish it.) As for “quietly rolling out,” that’s due to our belief that it’s better to fail before people start noticing you than it is to fail like, say, Healthcare.gov.
