Picture in your mind the typical teleworking employee who works from home or a satellite business center away from their employer’s office. Now, prepare to have that picture challenged.
According to new research, nearly 75% of such remote workers are male. The study, from the workplace strategy consulting firm, Work+Life Fit, Inc., also claims that up to one-third (31%) of all workers do most of their work away from their employer’s office.
