As this is the height of the giving season, it is a great time for cloud-based small business accounting software company ZenPayroll to unveil an “employer matching” capability to ZenPayroll Giving, the existing ZenPayroll feature that allows employees to donate to their favorite charities directly from their paychecks.
Small business users of ZenPayroll will now be able to automate employer donation-matching programs that help support causes their employees care about. ZenPayroll says its matching feature will handle the payroll deductions, donation processing, and W-2 reporting automatically, with no extra charges over the product’s basic fees.
