Cloud-based website provider Wix.com is launching what it describes as the first artificial intelligence (AI) website creation tool it promises will “eliminate the most significant challenges of building websites – time, design and content creation.”

Wix “Artificial Design Intelligence” collects data gathered from the website experience of 86 million users and “blends artificial intelligence and a human design sensibility, resulting in algorithms that ensure every website design will be unique and appropriate for the business and location of the small business or individual creating the site.

“Wix ADI is the world’s first technology platform that combines website design and content creation with artificial intelligence to enable complete websites to be created in a matter of minutes,” said Avishai Abrahami, co-founder and CEO of Wix.”

The new ADI feature will be available to Wix.com users as part of the company’s various monthly subscription plans that range from $13 to $25 per month. (Additional features and storage needs may increase rates.)
